Unfortunately, without being able to see the device, we can't help you (I think you may be from Illinois). Any competent IT company in your area can likely reset the password for you, or optionally, you could flash it to Android Operating System by downloading the OS and preparing a flash boot of it. Sorry to hear of your issues. Unfortunately, without being able to see the device, we can’t help you (I think you may be from Illinois).
